5. Review of decision - P1005/22/FUL - Land Adjacent To Pound Farm Westbury-On-Severn

  • Since the resolution in relation to planning application P1005/22/FUL (‘the application’) at planning committee on the 8 November 2022, the authority has identified an error in the committee proceedings that may render the decision unsound. The advice of the Council’s Monitoring Officer having sought specialist legal advice is that, in order to ensure there will be a valid determination of the planning application, the Planning Committee should consider the application anew.
