• For the Panel to consider a request for capital funding to support the delivery of mainstream/SEND places through these new or previously approved schemes:

• New school provision at Cheshunt Lakeside, Cheshunt

• School provision at Bishop’s Stortford North

• Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) at the new primary school and secondary school in Bishops Stortford North

• The rebuilding of The Valley special school

• A secondary Special Resource Provision (SRP) at Longdean School

• The report also seeks the Panel’s view on delegation to the Executive Director of Resources and Executive Director of Children’s Services, to agree the commercial terms of a development agreement and land transfer in association with a new, developer-built primary school at Cheshunt Lakeside, Cheshunt

• Approval is also sought to the application of s106 funds held for previously approved projects, as listed in appendix 1.
